The Race for Rehab supports Achilles International, a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing participation of athletes with disabilities in mainstream athletic events
You can help the Physical Therapy Department at NYMC in our effort to support Achilles International by:
- Joining us on race day and running along side Achilles International members
- Making monetary donations that provide Achilles International with the means to provide their services to athletes
- Donating goods and services for race day
- Attending fundraising events organized by the Race for Rehab team
Early bird registration open until 9/29: $25
Regular registration open until 9/30: $30
Race day registration 10/9: $35
All runners will receive a t-shirt and certificate of completion!
Awards will be given to top finishers!
Race Day Schedule:
Race day check in will begin at 7:30 am Race will start at 9:00 am Awards ceremony will begin at 11:00 am
We will be hosting a raffle with numerous prizes. All proceeds will be donated to Achilles International.

Race day registration begins at 7:30 am
5K Race starts at 9:00 am
This year's race will feature CHIP TIMING for all participants!
Race Course
The race course is located throughout the New York Medical College campus and the ground of Westchester Medical Center. It will be traffic-limited with water stops throughout. The Race for Rehab is a certified 5K event.
All proceeds from the race and associated fundraisers will benefit Achilles International.
